Video of Acoma pottery being made

My appetite for information about Acoma pottery has been whetted and I have found an excellent video of a vessel being made by a potter from the Acoma Pueblo. One of the first things I learned by watching it is that I had been mispronouncing Acoma. The correct pronunciation is a’-kuh-muh. Please bear with the opening, which is a bit annoying. Mr. Patricio gives an excellent demonstration with background information, starting with clay preparation, which makes it all worthwhile.
